BioWare Studios in honor of the new event, dubbed Dragon Age Day and held on December 4, delighted all the fans waiting for the game’s release Dragon Age: Dreadwolf (Dragon Age 4). The developers have released a new one-minute trailer. In fact, the video for Dragon Age 4 is just a set of art in which Solas appears – one of the companions from the game Dragon Age: Inquisition and the main antagonist of the fourth part. In a blog post, BioWare noted that they would like to end this year with a small gift for fans, namely the new trailer for Dragon Age 4.
Fans looking forward to Dragon Age: Dreadwolf are divided over the released trailer. Some commented that they are happy to see something about Dragon Age 4, but not everyone was so positive about the BioWare studio. Netizens admitted that they were already tired of waiting for the developers to show a normal trailer and gameplay of the project. Some commentators even mocked BioWare’s decision to release a concept art trailer. “It’s great to see BioWare finally doing more concept art. I’m pretty sure development on the game will start any minute now”, “How wonderful! Why don’t they do all presentations in Power Point at all?”, “There is no marketing for this game. What concept art. Another proof that BioWare has lost touch with its audience,” wrote disgruntled fans.
Dragon Age 4 doesn’t even have a rough release date yet. The developers have not yet shown the gameplay of their project. According to rumors, the release could take place at the end of 2023. BioWare may show something different at the upcoming The Game Awards 2022, which will be held on the night of December 8-9.
