Polyphony Digital President and CEO Kazunori Yamauchi is considering bringing the Gran Turismo series to PC. He told this to the media.

According to him, that is still a difficult question, but the studio is exploring the possibility of expanding the number of supported platforms. In the list of issues, Kazunori Yamauchi mentioned the inability to run Gran Turismo 7 on any PC at 4K resolution and 60 FPS. Therefore, the game has only been released on PS5 and PS4 so far. The previous parts were also exclusive to PlayStation.

However, Sony is actively transferring its projects to computers. On this platform came out god of war, horizon zero dawn, Days Gone and a number of other games previously only seen on Japanese consoles.

Earlier, Sony announced the release date of the film adaptation of Gran Turismo and talked about the plot.
