CD Projekt RED showed, as promised, the first gameplay of the remaster The Witcher 3, which will be available as a free update on December 14.
Details:
- The remaster gains support for RTGO, DLSS, FSR, and AMD FSR 2.0 technologies;
- The PC version has ultra-high graphics settings;
- Textures, vegetation and draw distance are improved;
- Add a full-fledged photo mode and an alternate 3rd person view;
- On PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles, the remaster will run in one of two modes: Quality or Performance at 60 FPS;
- The Xbox Series S version also hits 60 FPS;
- The PS5 version gets DualSense support;
- Simplified character switching during battle;
- The system of markings on the world map has been reworked;
- You can change the size of the subtitles;
- They introduce a quest and equipment in the spirit of the Netflix series;
- It will be possible to transfer saves between platforms;
- Add the ability to pause the game during cutscenes;
- There will be surprises not shown on the stream.
