Developers of the Scandinavian survival game Valheim released a massive update that adds the Misty Lands biome. The region has been in the works for nine months – now it is available for open testing.
In honor of this, a new video introducing the biome has been released on YouTube. The collective has noticed that the Misty Lands arise in areas that have not yet been discovered. If you’ve already explored most of the world, you’ll need to restart the game.
Other update details:
- New mechanics;
- 9 new creatures and the boss of the Misty Lands;
- New crafting materials and crafting stations;
- 15 new food items;
- 3 new potions;
- Over 25 new crafting items;
- Over 35 new buildings and furnishings;
- New type of dungeons;
- New rune stones;
- New dreams;
- New music;
- New emotions, hairstyles and beards.
