In December, Larian Studios will be presenting the ninth patch for Baldur’s Gate 3, which will be released before the end of the year. In addition to the details of the update, we will learn more about the final version. Maybe they will announce the exact release date – the game has been in early access since October 2020.
As became known from the announcement, the team is pleased with the progress of the work and is now actively testing the second and third acts. The first act, available in Early Access, will play differently: the authors want even players who have already spent hundreds of hours to have a completely new experience.
Larian also announced the opening of a new motion capture studio in Guildford, the fifth of its kind. Here’s a short video and some photos taken during the workflow:

Baldur’s Gate 3 is available on Steam and GOG. The previous two patches added foul-mouthed bards and barbarians to the game. A girl turned her PS5 into a Dwarven Kingdom in the style of “The Lord of the Rings”
