IGN has posted a new exclusive video about the shooter on its YouTube channel Atomic Heart, which is being developed by domestic studio Mundfish. In the video, the authors showed new gameplay and talked about the plot plot.
The game takes place in an alternate USSR. The story begins with how Professor Dmitry Sechenov invents a unique energy storage device in 1936. Thanks to him and other inventions of the scientist, an era of technological progress begins in the country. In 1950, Sechenov was working on a device that could unite man and machine. In 1955, robots revolt against humans – from that moment on, the game begins.

Atomic Heart will be released on PC and consoles on February 21, 2023. In Russia, the PC version is available only on VK Play, where they charge 2499 rubles for the standard edition. There is also a premium edition, which includes a season pass with 4 DLC.
We remember that recently a 10-minute gameplay video showed up where they showed the boss fight. The developers also presented a limited physical edition, which will include a key to the game, a steelbook, an artbook and a metal poster.
