Finalmouse, known to gamers as a manufacturer of mice, is developing a keyboard with a built-in display. Details are promised on December 17, but a video with a novelty has already appeared on the network.

Judging by the leak, the keyboard will have a screen over the entire surface and can display all data from video to game animations based on the game engine Unreal Engine 5. For this, the keyboard has not only a display, but also a own processor and video card. More specifically, we are talking about SoC or system-on-a-chip, like in a smartphone.
Technical parameters have not yet been reported, but it is known that the keyboard will be mechanical and the display will have a resolution of 2K to 4K. It also states that the keyboard will be interrogated at a frequency of 8000 Hz, while for “mechanics” this figure usually does not exceed 1000 Hz.
