Irina Khakamada, a journalist, politician, and blogger, shared a new photo in a swimsuit on her social media. The post appeared on Instagram, a platform linked to Meta, which has faced controversy in Russia.
She has been spending several weeks in Thailand, delighting followers with regular updates from her travels. In the latest image, she is shown seated on a rock beside the sea, wearing a black bikini and sunglasses while her hair and makeup are kept minimal for a natural look.
Recently, Khakamada opened up on her personal blog about her approach to diet. She revealed that she has practiced eating once a day for many years to maintain her figure. She noted that dining late would lead to weight gain, so she chose to skip evening meals. She urged followers not to blindly imitate her schedule, emphasizing that the routine works for her but may not suit everyone. Alongside this, she shares that she stays active through regular workouts, long walks, swimming, and a variety of physical activities. She also described herself as continually striving for self-improvement and cited ballet legend Galina Ulanova as a personal benchmark.
Khakamada is a mother to two biological children: her son Daniil Kotlyarov, 45, and her daughter Maria Sirotinskaya, 26, who was born with Down syndrome. She also raised a stepson from a previous marriage who relocated to the United States and works in the IT sector there.
In the past, Khakamada has discussed that a particular young woman did not leave the modeling world of her own accord.
