The antagonist lineup features members of the Justice Society of America, including Atom Crusher, Hawkman, Cyclone, and Doctor Fate. Doctor Fate is portrayed by Pierce Brosnan, a familiar face from the James Bond films. The trailer also introduces Sabbac, a formidable villain who channels power from Hell.
The narrative centers on Black Adam, a powerful figure who spent 5000 years imprisoned due to pride and greed. After inheriting the power of Shazam, he chooses not to defend the innocent but to rule, a path that corrupts his soul and sparks a brutal conflict with the world around him.
