He eliminated fish, seafood, dairy, nuts, and much more from his diet. Seryabkina admitted that from time to time she felt the urge to eat “forbidden food”, but as a result there were no breakdowns.

According to the artist, she managed to get in shape quickly after giving birth, although she had not exercised for almost a year. Seryabkina decided not to risk her health for the sake of six-pack abs, but to give her body the opportunity to calmly recover and was pleased with the results. The singer now weighs 51 kilograms and is 158 centimeters tall.
