Sylvester Stallone reacted sharply to the announcement of a new film based on “Rocky” dedicated to Ivan Drago and his son Victor. Although the actor created a cult franchise, all rights belong to 91-year-old producer Irwin Winkler.
The celebrity apologized to fans of the sports drama and condemned the Winkler family, who secretly decided to make the film.
