Let’s immediately make a reservation that the images used are unofficial – this is just the assumption of the car designer Theottle. He used the Crown Sport concept as a source. And the result is quite impressive.
The next generation Camry is not expected to appear anytime soon – next year or even 2024. Little is known about the car. Appearance remains a mystery. But if it’s the same as in the renders below, then there probably won’t be any disgruntled people.
The Toyota Crown Sport Concept is a cross sedan, but Teottle has adapted the car’s proportions and styling to match the current Camry’s bodywork.
As a result, the ninth generation Camry got LED headlamps in lobster claw, a large air intake and high-gloss black wheels. At the rear you see a black narrow spoiler, an LED strip that connects the narrow lamps and a large black diffuser that makes the car appear wider.
The next-generation Camry retains the GA-K platform, but the car’s wheelbase could be longer and thus wider.
There is a possibility that Toyota will abandon the 3.5-litre V6 petrol engine, which will be replaced by a 2.4-litre four-cylinder turbo engine with approximately 269 hp. and 420 Nm.
