It has a history that is “difficult”, “multi-layered”, “painful” and “very difficult”. “Over the almost two years since we shot the first season, it’s been a process where we’ve learned to enjoy the character more outside of filming. I see myself as much looser and more enterprising. “I don’t lock myself in too much,” the actress said.

For her part, Miki Esparbé admitted that she felt “delighted” to participate in a production “with a great team”, both technically and artistically, while also continuing the “legacy” of the story written by Malaga native Javier Castillo.

According to Aixa Villagrán, who once again plays the police inspector in the series, this time it will be “great”: “I even liked it more than the first one,” she emphasized.

In addition to Milena Smit, who starred in films such as Parallel Mothers, Thou Shalt Not Kill or Dragonfly, this second part of The Snow Maiden stars Aixa Villagrán (La mesías), Marco Cáceres (Acacias 38) and José Coronado (Entrevías). They reprise their roles.
