How to reserve a dressing room at Zara?
You need to get started download and install the app Zara’s on your mobile device. The app is available on the App Store for iOS users and on Google Play for Android users. Once installed, open the app and create an account or log in with your information if you already have an account.
After logging in, you will be on the main screen of the application. If you look, it says on the top right ‘Shop mode’. Click there and it will show you the store closest to your location. It will tell you its address and it is clear. Additionally, if you click on the drop-down menu on the right, it will allow you to learn more details about the store, exit ‘Store Mode’, or change the predefined store if you are going to another store.
Once the store is selected you will see that it gives you three options:

Find items in store: to search for a specific clothing item in that store
- Book a rehearsal room
If you click on this last option, it will take you to another screen where you can choose this dressing room What do you want to use? if there are several in the store. It also tells you which floor it is on, which section it corresponds to, the estimated wait time and whether it is available.
Select the tester you want and click ‘Book rehearsal room’. The app will then show you a QR code if store staff asks you for it; but if the locker room shows ‘Available now’ you need to know that you have this code. 3 minutes to go to your reservation. On the other hand, if it says there is a waiting period, they will let you know when you can go and use it.
