The second rule concerns dressing salads with mayonnaise – this should be done immediately before consumption.

“Peel the prepared salads and store them in the refrigerator. In this way, the materials will not get wet, release water and interact with each other; They will stay fresh by mixing them in one plate. Kuznetsov noted that salads should be dressed just before serving.

He added that if a lot of salad is prepared, mayonnaise should not be applied to everything cut.

“Put the desired amount of salad on a separate plate and dress it there. Unseasoned leftovers should be stored in the refrigerator; But in this case they can be eaten for a few more days,” the chef warned.
