Cocktails based on non-alcoholic beer can be an unusual drink for the New Year’s table. Alexander Smirnov, head of innovation and technical development at AB InBev Efes beer sommelier, told socialbites.ca.

According to beer sommeliers, you can serve a Cuban Charm cocktail with dessert.

To prepare, take 25 ml of peach syrup, 75 ml of mango puree, 50 ml of lemon juice and 250 ml of non-alcoholic beer. Mix all the ingredients and pour into a glass,” the beer sommelier advised.

Beer sommelier stated that another cocktail option suitable for sweet dishes is “Afternoon in Venice”.

“You will need 150 ml of homemade grapefruit soda, 25 ml of grenadine and 150 ml of unfiltered wheat beer,” Smirnov said.

The expert explained that the citrus base of the cocktail is a mixture of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and soda.

“But you can replace it with regular grapefruit juice if you wish,” he added.
