“Bake for about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain the water and let it dry on a wire rack for about 10-30 minutes. It is best to use paper towels to dry completely. Otherwise, it may become too moist and not so crispy during frying, but on the contrary, very soft,” said the expert.
Then you can start frying.
“Heat a large pot or frying pan with vegetable oil. The oil should be well heated. Once the desired temperature is reached, begin frying the potatoes in batches until golden brown. Strain the excess oil with a perforated spoon and put it back on the grill,” Rumyantseva said.

After that, they continue to bake the fish – so that the potatoes do not cool down, during this time they can be placed in a hot oven.

First of all, you need to mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Transfer half the mixture to a large zip-top bag or shallow bowl. In another bowl you need to prepare the dough – mix beer or soda water with flour until you get a homogeneous dough.
