“For those working in media, fall and winter are the months we spend at work. I’m not showing much right now, there are a lot of shots, but I don’t look like I’m sick at all,” Galich wrote.
In recent months, Ida Galich has lost a lot of weight thanks to sports and proper nutrition. According to the star, she tries to choose foods high in protein and fiber. In the first half of the day, Galich allows himself snacks: toast with black bread, as well as Armenian lavash with meat, cream cheese and spices. The blogger explained that she doesn’t count calories but tries to make sure she has plenty of greens in her diet.
