“It is extremely important that at the initial stage of the renovation pay special attention to all communications in the room. I’m talking primarily about plumbing and electrical. Unfortunately, not many people pay attention to these positions, and then major problems arise that force existing repairs to be redone. “Replace all pipes in the apartment with quality and reliable ones and ensure the wiring in such a way that it is not only suitable for future use, but also reliable in terms of safety,” he advised.
According to the designer, buying good home appliances is also important.
“Basic household appliances such as a washing machine or oven must be reliable and durable. As a rule, this is what takes up a significant part of the repair budget, but believe me, it is better to buy a good product once than to call specialists later or, even worse, buy a new one,” Antelava said.
The expert also noted that it is important not to save money on furniture that will be used frequently.
“Knowing your life rhythm and habits, determine which furniture you will use constantly. Choose a quality one to order. The mattress must definitely meet the highest requirements because you use it every day. This is the key to comfort and relaxation after a hard day. “I recommend that housewives do not skimp on the kitchen so that it meets all ergonomic requirements,” concluded the designer.
