Rapper Morgenstern (known as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) donated more than one million rubles to a child with cancer. The artist told about this on his personal blog.
The rap artist posted a screenshot in which the amount of 1,012,149.99 rubles was recorded from an online bank. Morgenstern announced that he was transferring money for the treatment of a sick child and called on subscribers to participate in the donation campaign.
“Men and women, let’s participate, let’s share, let’s donate,” Alisher wrote.
Morgenstern later released a video that the child’s mother, Zhanna Verman, recorded from her hospital room.
“We did it! We are incredibly grateful to you! What support! You have no idea. This little guy will show you,” the woman said, wiping her tears.
Zhanna Verman said on her blog that last year her son Gordey was diagnosed with stage four neuroblastoma, a malignant tumor of the sympathetic nervous system. According to the mother, chemotherapy courses have not yielded results and the tumor is progressing. Verman now advises doctors in foreign clinics.
