“The problems with the results of these surgeries are still being resolved by plastic surgeons. This technique was widely used because it was cheap and fast, but most of these gels were not absorbable. This led to inflammation, and it was necessary to remove not only this gel, but also some of the tissues into which it was injected, ”Zlenko explained.
The surgeon noted that operations with hip implants are also a thing of the past.
“Hip replacement is not prohibited, but the number of such operations is decreasing every year. The installation of gluteal implants can be accompanied by various complications: they can move, cause deformation, ”the doctor warned.
The doctor said that modern methods of lipofilling can achieve the same effect without dangerous consequences.
The plastic surgeon said, “After vaser liposuction (absorption of fat without tissue injury), hip augmentation with the patient’s own fat takes place without incisions, without the use of foreign bodies, and it eliminates the risk of rejection and inflammation.”
