Helen Mirren talked about her hobby gardening in an interview with a journalist. According to the star, the garden “makes him a better player and takes away pride and self-doubt.”
“I think gardening has helped me become a better player. This is a great brain cleaner because there can be no selfishness in the garden. “It’s good for an actor to take a little bit of pride and self-doubt away,” he said.
Helen Mirren added that she is a gardener with her director husband, Taylor Hackford.
“My husband deals with trees, and I deal with shrubs and flowers. This is a classic division of labor. It’s great to see the trees we planted, ”the actress admitted.
