Burger King in Thailand released a burger with a record amount of cheese. It has been reported CNN.
This week, a Thai fast-food chain operator unveiled what it calls a “real cheeseburger,” a bun topped with 20 slices of cheese. This item appeared on the menu of Thai restaurants at a discounted price of 109 THB ($3.1) compared to the regular price of 380 THB ($10.9). The product quickly went viral on social media in Thailand, with many TikTok users posting videos of them trying the new burger.
“I’m not kidding. That’s right,” Burger King ironically wrote on social networks.
A shift manager at a Burger King branch in Bangkok said the business had to stop taking delivery orders to keep enough stock for customers. Visitors stated in the comments to the post about the new product that the burger has a very rich taste. “I could only finish half”, “Other burgers are already good. I think I’ll go back to my double cheese angus as always,” they commented.
