SberMarket analyzed the demand for grain from January to May 2023. It turned out that the most Russians ordered rice (37%). While buckwheat (22%) took the second place, millet (9%) was the first three. Bulgur (5%) and peas (4%) are also in the top five.
Service analysts also found that pollock (21%), salmon (11%), trout (10%), tilapia (4%) and flounder (3%) were the highest demand among customers in the “Fish” category.
