He explained the need to impose restrictions massively on the inappropriate behavior of tourists coming to Bali, especially from Russia – they, in their own words, “perpetuate outrageous acts, hooligans.”

The Bali governor has requested the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice to restrict the issuance of visas to travelers from Russia and Ukraine due to their abuse of tourist status as they seek ways to earn money without permission.
