They offer to replace the usual drink on country tables with Lynchburg lemonade. The head bartender of the Mouflon restaurant, Aleksey Ivashchenko, told socialbites.ca about this.
“For the May holidays it is worth giving up packaged lemonade, kvass and juices. Instead, you can make your own light cocktail from improvised ingredients, ”said the expert.
To prepare it you will need 50 ml of Tennessee whiskey, 30 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of orange liqueur and 100-120 ml of ginger ale.
“Start by mixing Tennessee whiskey, orange liqueur, and lemon juice in a shaker. Then pour the mixture into a tall glass over ice and add the ginger ale. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint at the end, ”explained Ivashchenko.
He also noted that all ingredients can be mixed in a tall glass if there is no hand shaker. And sparkling lovers can replace ginger ale with semi-dry sparkling wine and add another 10-15 ml of sugar syrup.
