Actor David Duchovny sold a New York apartment for what turned out to be $600,000 less than he paid when he bought the property. It has been reported New York Post.
The newspaper said the X-Files star bought the property in the Ardsley building for $6.25 million in 2012, but sold it for just $5.65 million last week, making a loss of $600,000, according to the newspaper’s notes.
The flat was put up for sale for $7.5 million in 2021, but it did not find a buyer for a long time. The 62-year-old player had to drastically reduce the price due to low interest in the apartments.
The apartment is located on the 19th floor of a building located near Central Park. In addition to the panoramic view of the green areas, it also differs with its own terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as its fireplace and a special elevator that brings it directly to the living room.
