Prince Harry could lose his US residency after becoming candid about his drug use in his memoir The Spare One. It has been reported Page Six.

Prince Harry’s statements could put him in a difficult position, according to legal expert and former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani.

“Admission to drug use is often the reason for visa refusal. This means that Prince Harry’s visa should have been denied or revoked as he admitted to using cocaine, mushrooms and other drugs,” the expert explained.

Rahmani added that the law applies to everyone and that Harry’s “royal origin” will not help him if the decision to revoke the visa is made.

In his memoir, The Spare, the Duke of Sussex admitted that after the death of his mother, Princess Diana, he “drank a lot” and tried a number of mind-altering drugs, including cocaine and hallucinogenic mushrooms.
