Designed by the brand’s former creative director, Alessandro Michele, the accessory has two variants. The first model is made of silver and black brass with GG’s signature canvas print, while the second model is made of multicolored brass with stripes in six colours.
The outer parts of the bags are completely decorated with crystals.
Conglomerate Kering reported a slowdown in growth and a 7% decline in revenues overall for Gucci and Balenciaga at the end of 2022.
Gucci’s revenue fell 14% in three months. Kering attributes this to high commodity prices and the closure of stores in China due to the epidemic. Balenciaga, which sparked controversy with two ad campaigns last November, saw revenues drop 4% in the fourth quarter.
