Already this year, the Winchesters series will be released, which will be a spin-off and part-time prequel to Supernatural. The network has the first frame, on which Dean Winchester was performed by Jensen Ackles (Jensen Ackles).
Unlike Supernatural, Dean Winchester will not be the main character. He will play the role of a narrator who will reveal the story of his parents Mary and John. The main events will take place in 1972.

Shooting for the pilot episode began in April this year in New Orleans. The role of Mary Campbell (mother of Dean and Sam) went to Meg Donnelly (Meg Donnelly), and John Winchester will play Drake Roger (Drake Rodger).
