Singer Monetochka (known in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) (real name Elizaveta Gyrdymova) published a photo with fans after the criminal case was opened against her.
Monetochka showed a picture of fans holding a poster with the words “Hot girls love Monetochka” (“Hot girls love Monetochka.” – Translation from English. Note “socialbites.ca”). The artist joked that this is the only tag she should put under her posts.
September 6 regarding Gyrdymova woke up A criminal case under the article on evasion of liability of the law on foreign agents. The case was opened because Monetochka was brought to administrative responsibility twice within a year for violating the law on foreign agents. The prosecutor’s office said that the artist continued to distribute unlabeled messages on the Internet despite court decisions.
The artist may be sentenced to a fine of up to three hundred thousand rubles or the amount of the wage, up to four hundred and eighty hours of forced labor, up to two years of corrective labor or to severe imprisonment for the same term.
