A property in San Diego, California, USA, whose land is held by a herd of goats, has been put up for sale. This has been reported New York post.
The 887-square-foot home in Rancho Santa Fe is surrounded by lawns and shrubs that are systematically gnawed by the goats that inhabit the grounds, which not only keeps the lawn and other plants looking pruned, but is fertilized regularly.
“The property is beautifully located amongst citrus trees and tropical vegetation with several sun-drenched areas where you can gather, play and relax – it’s a true example of resort style living,” realtor Raquel Benquia told the publication.
The mansion, which has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, also includes a house equipped to house a small herd of goats. The property sells for $7.6 million, but without the animals. The current owners of a herd of 15 goats are considering selling them separately.
