The authors of the series The Boys have published a brief description of the future project called Gen V. This is a spin-off of the main series, which will tell about a university where only superheroes study. It is operated by the Vought Corporation.
The series is credited with an R rating and will explore “the lives of young, hormonally rival superheroes”. The authors compare the project itself not only with The Boys, but also with The Hunger Games.
No plot details yet, but it looks like the new series is going to be as wild as The Boys. The premiere date has not yet been announced. The original show has already been renewed for a fourth season. It is not yet clear whether the projects will run in parallel or not.
