Supermodel Emily Ratajkowski was sued after she posted two paparazzi photos of herself on Instagram (the owner of Meta is a well-known extremist organization). This has been reported New York Post.
The plaintiff, Queens-based street photographer Edward Opinaldo, said he used photographs of the model without permission, thereby violating his copyright.
Paparazzi photographed Emily Ratajkowski exiting a building in New York on June 17, 2019. On the same day, the model posted her photos on social networks, receiving 288 thousand likes.
The rights of the photographs in the lawsuit were registered with the photographer in July 2019. He drew attention to the fact that in September they were posted on the social networks of the supermodel.
It was not specified what demands Edward Opinaldo made of Emily Ratajkowski.
Earlier, in October 2019, photographer Robert O’Neill sued the model for the same reason – stating that her author had posted her photo without permission and that she was walking around New York with a bouquet of flowers.
The issue was resolved in April of this year.
Previously reported51-year-old supermodel Claudia Schiffer showed off a photo in a swimsuit.
