How to grow peonies

How to grow hydrangea

“It is better to plant hydrangeas in May or September. In the summer, it is undesirable, even if they are in containers – these plants love plenty of moisture, in the heat they may not take root, ”says Volodikhin.
He also points out that the place should be sunny. The soils are fertile, slightly acidic. And you need to water the hydrangeas abundantly and often. In the summer, under each bush – 3 – 5 buckets of water. In hot weather – 2 times a week. In rainy weather – 1 time per week.
“If it is not possible to water twice a week, you need to mulch the soil with peat in a layer of 5-10 cm – this will slow the evaporation of water from the soil,” the expert advises.
Unlike peonies, hydrangeas need three top dressings in one season. One of them should be done in the spring, the others at the end of the summer.
