The lawsuit was filed by Vitaly Gudkov, a trainer with ten years of experience who took Ivleeva’s fitness course and claimed that these workouts were harmful to health. She also resented that the blogger gave several video lessons in which she drank wine.

Gudkov believes that the blogger is incompetent and cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the marathon, and he has to transfer 250 of the 253 million rubles earned on the course to him.

“I find the stated amount reasonable and justified. Once I get it, I plan to spend it on charities and promoting a healthy lifestyle,” he said.

It turned out that the reason for his “absence” in social networks was employment on the set. He also hinted that he could not reveal details of the new project yet due to contract terms.
