According to Shkulev, the media group does not plan to rename its publications under the Elle brand after the foreign partner leaves the business, despite the termination of the partnership with the Hearst group: publishing house Elle.ru continues to publish ElleDecoration websites. “We follow the development of events, focusing on the current legislation in Russia on how license agreements are registered and terminated, and the position of the regulator, which determines the rules for registration and termination of contracts for the use of trademarks. We believe that we operate under conditions where the law allows us to do so. And most importantly, all this work is done for the benefit of our users.”
He also noted that other versions of the media group do not need to be renamed, as they are Russian brands.
