Star chef Guy Fieri’s restaurant in Las Vegas has been criticized on social media for poor customer service. It has been reported New York Post.
Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen staff who greeted guests were accused of arrogance and indifference to visitors.
As one patron of the restaurant complained in her review, the salon manager made her feel unwelcome “as if you were in her way” as soon as she walked in.
“He didn’t even say hello and ignored any questions we had,” complained one social media user.
According to one disappointed guest, this attitude is “disgraceful for such a big brand”. However, he noted that the waiter at his table was much more accommodating and the food was excellent.
However, other users noted that the food in the restaurant was bland and dry.
“Guy spends a lot of time driving around the country praising his home cooking. And in his own place, the food is tasteless and dry, perhaps even made from frozen convenience foods,” one netizen wrote.
He noted seeing a dry Reuben sandwich and a chicken breast sandwich that he could “swear” defrosted.
Guy Fieri is a famous American chef, author and television personality. He opened his first restaurant in California in 1996. He later became a co-owner of three entities in that state, which later closed. Now he is giving license to open a restaurant in his own name.
