In a candid post that Britney Spears shared with her subscribers, the singer said that her father had a negative impact on her self-esteem and deprived her of self-confidence. In particular, when Britney was 13, her father regularly told her that she was “fat and not pretty enough”.
“I’ve always been told I’m fat and never pretty enough. My father destroyed the core of my being, my confidence and even my sex life,” Britney wrote.
