Spouses Zara and Mike Tindall eat separately after the birth of children. This is because of a change in the couple’s eating habits, reports Mirror.
II. Rugby player Mike Tindall, who is married to Elizabeth’s grandson, said it is no longer traditional in their family to sit at the table together. The fact is that the couple eats different dishes, which they do not cook and do not eat at the same time.
“My wife Zara’s appetite changed after she had children. She doesn’t like to eat red meat anymore, so now I pay attention to my own diet,” she said. “I order ready meals at home, it is very convenient to track the amount of calories consumed.”
Mike Tindall noted that he does not like to cook. He says he eats four times a day and sticks to the same diet, which reminds him of the days when he played rugby.
“Zara can look in the fridge and plan what she’s going to eat today, but I don’t know how,” Tindall said.
