Batsheva Hay, who produces dresses under the Batshava brand, has been designing furniture in her flat for over four years. He decided to turn this hobby into a business.

“Decorating a house is like decorating a body, but more permanent. “It’s like putting on a dress and never taking it off and then wearing it in the living room for years,” said Batsheva Hay.

The style in which the furniture is made resembles the dresses of Batsheva Hay. The series includes various armchairs, poufs and sofas upholstered in vintage fabric.

“Some of the fabrics are from the 1920s, and the most recent are from the 1980s. I like mixing asynchronous fabrics – acid green patchwork with bright watercolor floral or velvet zebra floral print,” she said.
