The Prince and Princess of Wales, along with their older children, George and Charlotte, secretly visited the location where Amazon Prime Video’s The Lord of the Rings: Power of the Rings was filmed. It has been reported Sun.
The trip took place late in the evening on Friday, February 10. The youngest member of the family, four-year-old Prince Louis, stayed at home while his parents and siblings went on a school field trip to the Butterstep Rise Forest near Ascot, Berkshire, where the filming took place.
During the visit, members of the British royal family chatted with the lead actors of the series and toured the movie sets.
Prince William is a huge fan of JRR Tolkien’s epic novel “The Lord of the Rings” series and everything connected with it, a source told The Sun.
“William is a big fan of these movies, so he took the chance,” she said.
According to the addressee of the publication, the tour especially pleased Prince George and Princess Charlotte, who were interested in accessories.
