Salad of traditional Yakut cuisine was recognized as the worst in the world. Indigirka received the lowest score for service (1.4 out of 5). It consists of frozen fish, onions, sunflower oil, salt and pepper. The same rating includes jelly, okroshka, herring salads under a fur coat, mimosa and various types of cereals.
In November, oncologist Ilyin named Olivier and herring the most unhealthy salads under a fur coat. According to experts, Olivier takes the first place in the list of the most harmful salads. The thing is that the simpler the composition of the food, the easier it is for the body to cope with it, while the most compatible products are not mixed in it.
