Pamela Anderson admits she gained 25kg while working on her memories12:07

Actress and model Pamela Anderson admitted she gained a lot of weight while writing her memoir Love for Pamela. It has been reported New York Post.

Pamela Anderson, 55, says she turned down the services of a “ghost writer” and wrote her autobiography herself. According to the actress, the process of writing her memoirs took her a lot of energy and she gained 25lbs despite not changing her diet in any way.

“It was crazy, but I had to tell my own story. Not that I eat it any other way, but I’m vegetarian, I eat nuts and berries and I don’t eat much. But my body was changing. I think the extra weight gained while working on the book is a defensive reaction of my body to my own story,” the star shared.

The former Playboy star added that he has already lost the weight he gained and is back in shape.

Pamela Anderson’s autobiographical book Love, Pamela will be out on January 31, 2023. The actress called her memoirs “a personal and true story about life.”
