A full trailer has been released for the upcoming animated series Velma, which will tell about the past of the brightest member of the Scooby-Doo team.

The authors closed comments on the trailer due to the negative reaction of fans who did not like the new appearance of childhood heroes – Velma and Shaggy were blackened. The video, by the way, has already been bombarded with dislikes.
Unlike all previous shows in the Skbuy-Doo universe, Velma targets a mature audience. This will be the first franchise not to feature Scooby the dog. At the same time, the show features the rest of the team members – Daphne Blake, Fred Jones and Shaggy Rogers. The animated series will consist of 10 episodes, which will air from January 12 on the streaming service HBO Max.
