But the nutritionist does not recommend arranging fasting days on smoothies made from fresh vegetables and fruits.
“When we eat an apple, we gnaw it, and we also get mechanical energy consumption. Since apples are digested slowly, we feel volume in the stomach, and this is enough for a couple of hours.
