This amount includes 400 g herring, 1 onion, 600 g potatoes, 800 g beets, 300 g carrots, 4 eggs and 250 g mayonnaise. According to the service, the same amount of ready-made salad from chain hypermarkets will cost about three times more.
Analysts also calculated the cost of a more refined version of herring “under the royal shell”, which included lightly salted salmon fillet and red caviar in addition to the standard ingredients. The cost of products for the “royal fur coat” will be more than 1,300 rubles, provided that today 200 g of salmon fillet cost about 610 rubles, and 40 g of red caviar – 322 rubles.
