Revva’s Ace Gaming Liquidated by Russian Tax Service: A Look Into the Case

The Federal Tax Service in Russia has moved to liquidate the business led by showman Alexander Revva. This development was reported by socialbites.ca, which obtained documents confirming the move.

Ace Gaming, Revva’s company, was formally liquidated on March 18, 2024, according to the records reviewed by the publication.

The enterprise was active in selling in game items for the shooter Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Revva helped found Ace Gaming in 2020, and a year later his colleague and fellow comedian Mikhail Galustyan joined the venture. Galustyan left the company in spring 2023.

The possible liquidation of Ace Gaming became public on March 21. Version kp.ru reported that the business had not been profitable from the outset. The company showed a net profit of minus 2.4 million rubles for 2019 and minus 1.3 million rubles for 2020. The first positive result appeared in 2021, with a profit of 5 thousand rubles.

The timeline around Revva and Ace Gaming underscores broader scrutiny of entertainment figures engaging in commercial projects in Russia. The tax service action reflects a formal enforcement step tied to corporate performance and compliance records, as noted by multiple industry observers. The case remains part of ongoing oversight of entertainment-linked ventures and their financial disclosures. [Source: socialbites.ca]
