Olga Orlova Opens Up About Postpartum Changes and a Maldives Getaway

TV presenter Olga Orlova recently updated her followers on Instagram, sharing what her body looks like after giving birth. The former lead singer of Brilliant welcomed a baby girl in early February, and she candidly admitted that her figure has not yet returned to the shape she desires.

For the past week, Orlova has been in the Maldives, following a nutrition plan prepared by a doctor. She noted that any shift in dietary habits is challenging for her partner as well, underscoring that changing routines is not easy for the people closest to her.

“Maybe I don’t have a critical amount of weight to lose, but after giving birth, my stomach isn’t in the shape I want. If I don’t address it, it won’t improve. Everyone knows I hate workouts. It’s easier for me to adjust my diet than to hit the gym, but I don’t want to revert to old eating habits either,” she explained in a candid moment.

The TV personality emphasized that she cannot tolerate food restrictions. According to Orlova, relying on strict limits is not an effective strategy for managing excess weight because once the restriction ends and life normalizes, the weight often returns as people revert to previous eating patterns.

Orlova highlighted that swelling is her main challenge right now, a common postpartum issue that can influence how clothes fit and how she perceives her progress.

Previously, Olga Orlova left home without her three-month-old daughter to travel to the Maldives in the company of her husband, making room for rest and recovery in a setting far from daily routines. The experience has become a part of her journey to regain confidence and balance after childbirth, with the Maldives serving as a backdrop for reflection and health-focused choices.
