Composer Konstantin Meladze addressed a conversation with Nelli’s mother, insisting he knew nothing about the rumored sale of his son’s house, as reported in various media discussions.
The property in question is a 700 square meter mansion located in the prestigious Millennium Park summer village. It was allegedly sold for 350 million rubles, according to circulating reports.
The Telegram channel Mash claimed to have access to all the required documents related to the Meladze estate purchase. Their account states that the buyer demanded strict confidentiality before any money changed hands, and the deal reportedly occurred under the close supervision of Meladze’s elderly mother.
Following the onset of the military actions described by many as the SVO, Vera Brezhneva and Konstantin Meladze departed Russia. In February 2023, the couple reportedly listed their Moscow-area mansion for sale. After leaving Moscow, rumors circulated about a possible divorce, though no public comment was made for an extended period.
In October, Brezhneva acknowledged rumors on a personal blog claiming a split from Meladze. The couple had been married for eight years, and there were no children reported from their union.
